Hi, I’m Suzy Darke. I’m an ICF-certified, trauma-informed coach.
I coach smart, sensitive, huge-hearted women through making brave changes in their life or work.
My coaching has 3 main strands:
1) self compassion – helping you cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself & build your resilience
2) self belief –helping you quieten your self doubt & strengthen your courage
3) somatics – helping you tune into your body’s knowing & better support & resource yourself

1. Huge, terrifying, all-or-nothing leaps aren’t the best way to make meaningful, sustainable change – there’s a much gentler way to do it.
